Cancellation Policy

Read our policies before making an appointment.

Contact us on 0456 105 166 to notify Marigold Wellness of your intention to change, reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Marigold Wellness understands situations arise in which you need to cancel your appointment.

Appointments cancelled under 24 hours will be subject to a 50% Cancellation Fee.

Clients who do not show up for their appointment without contact will be considered a ‘NO SHOW’ and therefore will incur the full cost of treatment.

The Cancellation & NO SHOW Fees are the sole responsibility of the client and must be paid in full within 7 days of missed appointment.

Late Policy

Marigold Wellness Massage Therapists respect time and will ensure client receives full treatment time.

All Massage Therapists aim to arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to give you the full time of hands-on treatment.

If you arrive late and the Massage Therapist has appointments immediately after, your Massage Therapist may only be able to offer you your remaining time. In this case, we retain the right to charge full treatment fee.

Appointment Confirmation

As a courtesy the client will receive a text reminder 1-2 days prior to their scheduled appointment. It is the clients responsibility to remember their appointment dates and times in order to avoid late arrival, missed appointments and cancellation fees.

Refunds

Marigold Wellness has a no refund policy on services completed. We encourage all Clients to communicate clearly with Massage Therapists to clearly state their medical and treatment requirements before, during and after their massage to ensure a harmonious treatment.

We believe that communication creates healthy relationships.
