Cancellation Policy

​We understand situations arise in which you need to reschedule your appointment. Please read our policy before making an appointment. Please contact us on 0456 105 166 to notify Marigold Wellness of your intention to change, reschedule or cancel your appointment. Appointments cancelled under 24 hours will be subject to a 50% Cancellation Fee. Clients who do not show up for their appointment without contacting us will be considered a ‘NO SHOW’ and therefore will incur the full cost of treatment. The Cancellation & NO SHOW Fees are the sole responsibility of the client and must be paid in full within 7 days of missed appointment.
