Love massage therapy and want to claim a rebate?Here's what you need to know.
If you have private health insurance in Australia which includes Extras Cover, you may be able to get a rebate on Remedial Massage Therapy.
However, not all massage therapists are eligible because there are rules that govern what you can claim, how much you can claim, (per year or per treatment) and if your Remedial Massage Therapist has the required training, association, and has received all their provider numbers.
Most Health Funds do NOT recognise Mobile Remedial Massage as a claimable service.
